YouTube video ideas your viewers actually asked for
The best YouTube video ideas are already in your comments — and in the comments of the biggest videos in your niche. Paste a video link and MakeNext shows what viewers keep asking for, so your next video answers real demand instead of a random idea list.

How it works
- 1
Pick a video
Your own, or the most popular video on your topic.
- 2
We find the asks
Repeated questions and requests, counted from real comments.
- 3
Make the answer
Each ask becomes a next-video idea, with proof.
Example
SampleExample: a miniature-craft channel
- Big niche video → "What materials do you use?" (9 comments)
- Big niche video → "I want to buy one" (9 comments)
- 💡 Your next video: "My miniature tools and materials under ₹500"
Why random idea generators don't work
Most "YouTube video idea generators" give you the same list everyone else gets. Ideas that come from what real viewers ask for are different: you already know someone wants that video, and you can see how many people asked.
For your own channel, MakeNext also compares your videos with your own average — which topics and lengths do better for you — so an idea can be both asked for and proven.
Small channel? Mine the big ones
If your videos don't get many comments yet, check the biggest videos in your niche. Questions their viewers keep asking — and the creator never answered — are ready-made ideas for you.
- Search your topic on YouTube and sort by views
- Paste the top 2–3 video links here
- Make the video that answers the biggest unanswered ask

Questions
Is this a YouTube video idea generator?
It's an idea finder: instead of inventing ideas, it finds what viewers asked for in real comments, then suggests a video that answers it.
What if my channel is new?
Use the free check on the biggest videos in your niche. Their viewers' questions are your best first ideas.
Do ideas use my channel's numbers?
If you connect your channel (read-only), the What's working page compares your own videos — topics, length, drop-off — with your own average.
Will these ideas go viral?
Nobody can promise that. We show demand you can see — real comments — so your chances are better than with a random idea.
Is it free?
The quick check is free with no signup, and a free account gets one full report every month.
